Sales Support Officer

• You will be the first point of contact for the external and internal customers, with the aim of ensuring an efficient and customer-oriented service to create a maximum customer satisfaction. You will continuously develop your relationship with your customers, in cooperation with the sales manager.
• You will keep accurate records, in order to ensure that customer files are always up to date.
• You will follow-up the promo plan and enter all promotional campaigns and initial commercial volume prognoses in the ERP system with the aim of enabling the complete delivery of the promotional volumes ordered by the customer, for the agreed promotional prices and without causing overstocks or shortages.
• You will coordinate quality claims coming from customers with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction.
• You will be responsible for effective management of the customer price agreements in the system (both fixed prices and promotional prices).

• You are an administrative and organizational talent: you have a fast and accurate working method.
• You communicate professionally and in a commercial way in Dutch, English and French, both in speaking and in writing. German would be an extra added value.
• You are customer-oriented, proactive and know how to set the right priorities.
• You are a teamplayer, serving both internal and external customers.
